The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed, ‘J W Benson, 62 & 64 Ludgate Hill, London, by Warrant to HM The Late Queen Victoria’. It all hinges out of the front of the case. The watch measures 37.5mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the case back for London 1901 with a maker’s mark for J W Benson. The case is in good lovely condition with crisp engine turned detail to the back and a vacant cartouche. The glass lens is in lovely condition. The signed dial is in very nice condition. Pin set hands. The watch comes with a silver rope chain which measures 31cm long including the T-bar and the clasp. The watch and chain come in a new presentation box.
