Pocket Watch Chain 10ct Rolled Gold 1920s Antique Double Albert Heavy 44.8g

Gentleman's large and absolutely magnificent 10ct rolled gold (professionally tested and is known in the USA as gold filled) traditional chunky curb link Antique pocket watch chain /double Albert with original big swivel T bar, dog clip and bolt ring. C~1920's. Similar to the pocket watch chain I have supplied to 'Peaky Blinders'. (Pocket watch shown is for display purposes only and NOT included). Measures; 39cm / 15 1/4" total length and weighs a hefty 44.8 grams. Bright crisp chunky traditional graduated curb links (measure 8mm width to each centre and taper down to 5mm width) - all have a lovely 'fluid' feel to them, reflecting the light beautifully. The link configuration is most unusual in that the central links are smaller (usually bigger) so allowing the T bar to only go down each side as far as the larger links thus keeping it in a fairly central position. Original swivel T bar (measures 4cm length) which is attached to a secure oval slider link. Robust and well made original secure dog clip to one end (operates correctly) and original bolt ring to the opposite end which again works as it should and is ideal to hold a larger type fob (ie a vesta case or similar). Also has a short length of curb link chain just below the T bar (attached to the oval roller link) with original round link to end - so allowing the wearer to display an additional fob if desired. Excellent bright clean condition with no damage and just a tiny bit of light overall wear / patina / fine little surface scratches (all showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
