Pocket Watch Chain 10ct Rose Gold Filled Antique 1890s Victorian Fancy Albert

Victorian Gentleman's large and highly impressive 10ct (professionally tested) rose gold filled (has a lovely rich pink 'blush' and is known in the U.K as rolled gold), fancy link Antique pocket watch chain / Albert (suspect French) with big swivel T bar, dog clip and chunky bolt ring. Similar to the pocket watch chain I have supplied to 'Peaky Blinders'. (Pocket watch shown is for sizing and colour shade only and NOT included). Measures; 31cm / 12 1/4" total length and weighs a heavy 31.6 grams. Fabulous oblong shaped open wire work links (measure 1cm width) which are all adorned (to both sides) with a slightly raised 'kiss' decoration to centre interspersed with engine turned roller links in between - all have a lovely 'fluid' feel to them, reflecting the light beautifully. Each end of the chain is finished off with a very unusual fancy scrolled mount. Robust and well made big secure dog clip to one end (operates correctly and note the attractive engine turned collar) and large swivel T bar to the opposite end which measures 3.9cm length. Also has a short length of fancy link chain just below the T bar (again carries a scrolled mount to either end) with chunky bolt ring (measures 1.5cm diameter and operates correctly) - so allowing the wearer to display a fob if desired. Excellent bright clean condition with just a tiny bit of very light overall wear/patina and little surface scratches (all showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
