Pocket Watch Chain 10ct Rose Rolled Gold 1890s Big Victorian Double Albert 32.8g

Victorian Gentleman's highly impressive 10ct rose rolled gold (professionally tested, has a lovely warm pink hue and is known in the USA as gold filled) traditional chunky graduated curb link antique pocket watch chain / double Albert by 'Pioneer' with large T bar, big dog clip and bolt ring. Similar to the pocket watch chain I have supplied to 'Peaky Blinders'. The 16 size yellow gold pocket watch is for display and colour shade only - Not included. Measures; 40cm / 15 3/4" total length and weighs a heavy 32.8 grams. Bright crisp chunky traditional graduated curb links (measure 7mm width to centre and taper down to 4mm wide) - all have a lovely 'fluid' feel to them, reflecting the light beautifully. The two big central links are stamped to one side (slightly rubbed) with the makers name; Pioneer. The large central link holding the two lengths of chain is stamped to one side with their Trade symbol of a winged arrow. Large T bar to centre (measures 3.9cm length) which is correctly suspended from a short length of round link chain. Robust and well made big secure dog clip to one end (operates correctly) and little bolt ring to the other end (again operates correctly) which is ideal to attach a vesta case or similar. Also has a short length of curb link chain just below the T bar with original round link to end - again allowing the wearer to display a fob if desired. Excellent bright clean condition with no damage and just a tiny bit of extremely light overall wear/ patina and little surface scratches (all showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
