Pocket Watch Chain 12ct Rose Rolled Gold Antique 1890s Victorian Albert & T Bar

Victorian Gentleman's large, heavy and highly impressive 12ct (professionally tested) rose rolled gold (has a lovely soft pink 'blush' and is known in the U.S.A as gold filled), traditional chunky elongated curb link Antique pocket watch chain / double Albert (by Pioneer) with big chunky swivel T bar and matching dog clips. C~1890's. Similar to the pocket watch chain I have supplied to 'Peaky Blinders'. Measures; 41.5cm / 16 1/2" total length and weighs a heavy 39 grams. Bright crisp chunky traditional elongated curb links (measure 9.5mm width) - all have a lovely 'fluid' feel to them, reflecting the light beautifully. The central link on each side are both stamped with the makers name (slightly rubbed with the passage of time); PIONEER. Robust and well made secure matching dog clip to each end (both operate correctly and note the attractive engine turned collars) and large swivel T bar to centre which measures 4cm length. Also has a short length of elongated curb link chain just below the T bar with original round link to end - so allowing the wearer to display a fob if desired. Excellent bright clean condition with just some light overall wear/patina (mainly to the dog clips as to be expected) and small surface scratches commensurate with age.
