Pocket Watch Chain 18ct Rose Rolled Gold Antique 1890s Victorian Albert & T Bar

Victorian Gentleman's large, heavy and absolutely magnificent 18ct (stamped) rose rolled gold (has most wonderful rich pink hue and is known in the U.S.A as gold filled), traditional chunky elongated curb link Antique (German) pocket watch chain / Albert with original chunky swivel T bar and original big dog clip. Similar to the pocket watch chain I have supplied to 'Peaky Blinders'. Measures; 38cm / 15" total length and weighs a hefty 52.2 grams. Bright crisp chunky traditional elongated wide curb links (measure 9.5mm width) - all have a lovely 'fluid' feel to them, reflecting the light beautifully. Each end of the chain is attractively finished off with two big oval links. Original chunky swivel T bar to one end (operates correctly) which is clearly stamped to one side; 18CT Rolled Gold and carries (within two fancy shaped, recessed cartouches) the makers initials; Sp - Friedrich Speidel Of Pforzheim, Germany. (Est 1868 - 1937). Robust and well made original secure large dog clip to the other end (operates correctly) which again is clearly stamped (within a triangular shaped, recessed cartouche); Sp. Excellent bright clean condition with absolutely no wear (looks to have had very little use - perhaps only high days and holidays), small file/graze mark to the second link near the T bar (looks like someone once tested it to see if solid gold, does not detract in any way but mentioning for accuracy) and just a few extremely tiny little overall surface scratches (showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
