Pocket Watch Chain 18ct Rose Rolled Gold Victorian German Albert with T Bar

Victorian Gentleman's highly impressive 18ct (stamped) rose rolled gold (has a lovely rich pink 'blush' and is known in the U.S.A as gold filled), traditional chunky elongated curb link Antique (German) pocket watch chain / Albert with original stamped swivel T bar and original stamped dog clip. Similar to the pocket watch chain I have supplied to 'Peaky Blinders'. (Rare now days to find one complete with all its original fittings). Pocket watch shown is for display purposes only and NOT included. Measures; 29cm / 11 1/2" total length and weighs a very respectable 24.3 grams. Bright crisp chunky elongated curb links (measure 6.5mm width) - all have a lovely 'fluid' feel to them, reflecting the light beautifully. One of the central links is clearly stamped to one side (within a fancy shaped, recessed cartouche) with the makers initials; S.P - Friedrich Speidel, Pforzheim, Germany (one of the leading jewellery manufacturers of the era). Original large T bar to one end (measures 3.8cm length) which is stamped; S.P. 18CT ROLLED GOLD. Robust and well made original secure matching dog clip to the opposite end (operates correctly) which is again stamped (within a fancy shaped, recessed cartouche); S.P. Also has a short length of elongated curb link chain just below the T bar with original round link to end - so allowing the wearer to display a fob if desired. Excellent bright clean condition with no wear, just two or 3 tiny indentations to the T bar and a little (micro) bit of overall patina and light surface scratches (all showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
