Pocket Watch Chain 1920s Antique 10ct Rose Rolled Gold German Double Albert

Gentleman's highly impressive 10ct rose rolled gold (stamped and known in the USA as gold filled) traditional chunky curb link Antique (German) pocket watch chain / double Albert (has a lovely warm rose pink hue) with original big stamped swivel T bar, original stamped swivel dog clip and bolt ring. Similar to the pocket watch chain I have supplied to 'Peaky Blinders'. Measures; 36cm / 14" total length and weighs a highly respectable 27.7 grams. Bright crisp chunky traditional curb links (measure 5.5mm width) - all have a lovely 'fluid' feel to them, reflecting the light beautifully. Each length of the chains are beautifully finished off with a little oval shaped link. Robust and well made original secure dog clip to one end (operates correctly) which is clearly stamped (within a fancy shaped, recessed cartouche); Sp - Friedrich Speidel, Pforzheim, Germany. (Est 1868 - 1937). Chunky little bolt ring to the other end (measures 7.5mm diameter) which is ideal to hold a vesta case or similar fob. Original large swivel T bar to centre (measures 3.6cm length) which is again clearly stamped to one side with the makers initials (within a triangular shaped, recessed cartouche); Sp and stamped to the other side; Sp Best Rolled Gold Sp Also has a short length of curb link chain just below the T bar with original oval link to end - so allowing the wearer to display a fob if desired. Again has a short length of oval link chain just below the T bar to also display a fob. Excellent bright clean condition with absolutely no damage and just a tiny bit of light overall wear/ patina and fine surface scratches (all showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
