Pocket Watch Chain Fob 1911 Coronation King George & Queen Mary Brass Antique

Gentleman's large brass (golden blonde) pocket watch chain Antique fob made by Elect Cocoa to commemorate the Coronation of King George V and Queen Mary. Dated~1911. Similar to the fobs I have supplied to Pinewood Studios. (Please excuse all the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was very difficult to photograph). Measures; 4.2cm height (including the top ring), 3.3cm diameter and weighs a heavy 18.4 grams. Very ornate circular shaped bevel edge 'coin' fob which is beautifully adorned to the front with the highly detailed images of King George V and Queen Mary and is clearly stamped around the circumference in slightly raised script; KING GEORGE .V. QUEEN MARY and carries a registration number; RD 571877. The back has in great detail the Royal Crown to centre with the letters; GR to either side and a little ornate wreath to base containing thistles, shamrock and roses and is clearly stamped around the circumference in slightly raised script; STRVCK BY THE MAKERS OF ELECT COCOA and stamped to centre; TO COMMEMORATE THE CORONATION OF H.M. KING GEORGE V AND H.M. QVEEN MARY 1911 (interesting they have used the letter V instead of U - wonder if this was a mis-strike?) Big robust secure brass top ring to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain. Excellent clean and bright condition with just a little bit of extremely light overall wear / patina / tiny surface scratches - all commensurate with age.
