Pocket Watch Chain Fob Compass & Magnifying Glass 1920s Chunky Brass English Fob

Gentleman's chunky antique compass & magnifying glass pocket watch chain English fob. Useful item when you are out and about. (Please excuse the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was extremely difficult to photograph). Measures; 5cm length retracted (including the end ring), 6.9cm extended, 2.4 cm width, 1.3cm depth and weighs a very respectable 13.3 grams. Highly polished brass oval shaped fob featuring a compass to the top which has a white paper dial, black directional markers and blue steel needle/pointer which moves freely. Clearly stamped to the back of the case; MADE IN ENGLAND. The magnifying glass is held within a brass 'drum case' which slides out from either side, staying securely in any position and slots neatly back within the main body of the fob. The magnification through the glass lense (measures 1.9cm diameter) is excellent. Wide bail and secure brass end ring. Excellent clean and bright condition with just a little bit of overall wear / patina / light surface scratches commensurate with age.
