Description
Victorian Gentleman's bright silver nickel unusual Antique Majestic lion pocket watch chain fob set with a large bloodstone seal to base. C~1890's. Similar to the fobs I have supplied to Pinewood Studios. (Please excuse the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was very difficult to photograph). Measures; 2.9cm height (including the top ring), 2.1cm length and weighs a heavy 18.9 grams. Highly detailed three dimensional Majestic lion fob who has a flowing mane and long tail (rare to find one complete, the tail is usually long gone), stood proudly upon an elaborately scrolled mount which is in turn is holding securely an oval shaped, bevel edge dark green glass bloodstone (measures 1.9cm x 1.5cm) to base splattered with attractive red inclusions. Chunky and very robust secure steel top ring to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain. Excellent clean and bright condition with a just a tiny (micro) bit of very light overall wear/ patina and few little 'flea nibbles' to the glass stone commensurate with age Will arrive in a new velvet presentation pouch and be very securely and safely packed. *** WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE *** UK - FREE!
