Pocket Watch Chain Fob National Union Of Railwaymen NUR Gilt & Enamel 1960s

Gentleman's large, highly ornate gilt and multi coloured enamel pocket watch chain 'National Union Of Railwaymen' (NUR) Vintage fob. Similar to the fobs I have supplied to Pinewood Studios. (Please excuse all the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was very difficult to photograph). Measures; 3.7cm height (including the top ring), 2.9cm wide and weighs a respectable 9.5 grams. Very ornate circular shaped fancy fob featuring an unusual chain link circumference which is beautifully adorned to the front with a fantastic gold enamel steam train to centre set upon a Royal blue enamel background. Around this is clearly stamped in gold enamel script upon a white enamel background; NATIONAL UNION OF RAILWAYMEN. The back carries two gold enamel 'handshake' hands (again set upon a Royal blue enamel background) with a gold flag above containing red enamel letters; N.U.R. Stamped around the circumference in gold script set upon red enamel are the words; WORKERS OF THE WORLD UNITE. Robust secure gold plated top ring to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain. Excellent clean and bright condition with amazingly no enamel loss and just a little bit of extremely light overall patina and fine surface scratches commensurate with age.
