Pocket Watch Chain Fob Pencil Sharpener 1920s German Antique FWO

Gentleman's original antique chunky and highly unusual pencil sharpener fob for a pocket watch chain. Full working order. For the pocket watch collector who thought they had everything! (Please excuse the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was extremely difficult to photograph). Measures; 4.9 cm height (including the bow), 3.7cm width, 1.4cm depth and weighs a heavy 24.1 grams. Wonderful pocket watch form fob with ivory coloured paper dial and yellow (possibly once luminous) Arabic numbers. Sub dial with black Arabic minute markers and black seconds chapters. Yellow hour and minute hands and black seconds hand - none move. Clearly stamped to base in black script with the Country of origin; GERMANY. Original crystal which is securely fitted under the bezel and held by its circumference lip. Nickel plated chunky case with attractive engine turned 'pie crust' bezel. Stamped to the back; FOREIGN. The integral pencil sharpener operates correctly, giving a good clean and sharp cut. Original swivel bow (I can add a steel top ring if required) to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain. Excellent clean and bright condition with some overall wear/patina/little surface scratches and dust under the crystal - all commensurate with age.
