Pocket Watch Chain Fob Victorian 1ct Gold Filled & Carnelian Dainty 1890s

Victorian Gentleman's dainty little 12ct gold filled (professionally tested, known in the UK as rolled gold) and carnelian stone pocket watch chain Antique fancy fob. C~1890's. Similar to the fobs I have supplied to Pinewood Studios. (Please excuse the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was very difficult to photograph). Measures; 2.3cm height (including the top ring) and weighs 2.1 grams. Extremely ornate gold filled Victorian fancy fob which has wonderful crisp fluting and scroll work all around. Held securely to base is a highly polished, circular bevel edge red / deep salmon pink carnelian stone (measures 1cm diameter) which has some wonderful small natural black inclusions. Wide ornate bail with little raised finial and gold filled top ring to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain. Excellent clean and bright condition with no damage and just a little (micro) bit of overall wear/patina and fine little surface scratches commensurate with age.
