Pocket Watch Chain Silver Horse Head Fob Or Pendant 1976 Vintage Heavy 12g

Large and highly impressive Sterling silver equestrian horse head pocket watch chain fob or pendant by Fred Manshaw. C ~ Hallmarked 1976. Similar to the fobs I have supplied to Pinewood Studios. (Please excuse all the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was very difficult to photograph). Measures; 3.1cm height (including the top ring), 3.2cm length, 1.3cm width and weighs a heavy 12 grams. Wonderful highly detailed three dimensional horse head with flowing mane, pricked ears and kind eyes. Fully hallmarked (within different shaped, recessed cartouches) to the back of one ear with the Lion Passant (Sterling silver), Leopards head (London assay) and capital fancy letter; B - dating to 1976. The other ear is clearly stamped with the makers initials; FM - Fred Manshaw (Established just after WW2). Smooth and highly polished base which is free from any inscriptions or initials. Big secure and robust top ring. Excellent clean and bright condition with no damage or wear and just a few extremely tiny little surface scratches (showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
