Description
This is a stylish stained bentwood hallstand, probably by ‘Thonet’ the top surmounted by a stylish finial with eight curved sections contained in the circular frame with eight shaped hooks beneath, all supported on an upright with rounded corners and concave centre, the base is made up with four shaped feet, which are double braced and have a circular aperture for holding walking sticks, contained within four curved arms. The top of the hall stand is removable.
