Description
Quality 19th Century (c.1840) antique marquetry inlaid walnut pier cabinet. The top in mirror matched figured walnut with a cushion frieze with beautiful foliate inlay in exotic woods and with matching foliate flower trails inlay on the door and pilasters that have ormolu mounts. The door with original early 19th century working lock and key and rococo escutcheon opening to interior with adjustable shelves all sitting on a moulded plinth base.
