Quality Antique Victorian William Tonks & Sons Copper and brass poker stop circa 1880-90
The handle is of mixed copper and brass as is the rope twist edging to the base.
Due to its weight would also make a good door stop
The base has a cast iron insert for weight and is marked with the Sunburst logo and W.T&S forW Tonks & Sons.
