Rare 1913 Ceramic China Silver Brooch Jewellery Lapel Pin Pheasant Hand Painted

Lovely and unusual solid silver and ceramic brooch or lapel pin. Hand painted roundel of a pheasant which has been beautifully done. Very reminiscent of the Royal Worcester pheasants. Ivory effect glaze in the background which helps the colourful bird stand out. On the back is an impressed number 776240 and the printed registration number 621121 which dates it to 1913. The silver isn't marked but has been tested as 925 by our jeweller when the brooch was professionally cleaned. The surround has a pin to the back with a locking clasp both of which are in excellent condition and work perfectly. Gift boxed as shown. Happy to answer any questions.
