On offer is this most charming and rare antique novelty sewing tape measure dating circa 1910. This tape measure is in the form of a standing poodle, his coat cut in a French fashion with smooth body and textured hair. The poodle holds within the body a cloth tape measure which is wound and unwound by turning the tail. This rare antique figural tape measure stands 5cm in height.
