Rare Large First Period Worcester Porcelain Rubber Tree Plant Square Dessert Dish c.1775

A stunning, very large Worcester porcelain lobed square dessert dish painted with the rare and very desirable Rubber Tree Plant pattern, c.1775. Lovely deep sides with concave moulded fluting around the base. The reverse is decorated with simple oriental style branches and a set of pseudo Chinese marks which is the specific factory mark unique to this pattern.  Reference: Worcester Blue & White Porcelain, Branyan, French & Sandon, section I.E.47.
