Description
Circa 1810. Rare pair of George III embroidered silk poles-screens in octagonal fluted mahogany frames and supported on turned stands. The embroidered silk panels with the highest quality needlework, bearing central hand-tinted picture of angels and putti. The stands with weighted, turned circular bases in a lovely mellow mahogany with original patina.
