Rare Royal Dux Group Amynthas & Sylvia 19th Century

This is an Ernst Wahliss porcelain figure group dating from the late 19th Century. Modelled as Amynthas freeing Sylvia, after Boucher's 18th century model. This is beautifully painted with muted earthy tones with highlighted gilded areas and on a decorative base. Stamped Ernst Wahliss and numbered 4556. Excellent condition throughout. No damage.
