This is a rare shaped baluster vase made from Pearlware, dating from the 18th century, approximately between 1780 and 1800. The vase features a distinctive baluster shape and is constructed from the soft-paste ceramic known as Pearlware, which is known for its smooth finish and subtle blue tint. The piece exhibits typical decorative elements of the era, hand painted with a Chinoiserie scene it has a hairline and a chip to the rim, it has a decorators mark to the base, a really rare and unusual piece of pearlware it stands 25cms high and 13cms in diameter thanks for looking
