Description
A good regency rosewood pole screen with beaded needlepoint embroidered panel. It stands on a tripod base with scrolling feet and a nicely turned column. The screen itself can be adjustable in height and can be turned around. It is in good condition for its age. The rosewood has a lovely rich colour and it is generally strong and sturdy. There are some small losses to the beadwork but the colours have remained bright and vibrant. There are some other minor signs of age and use but nothing detrimental and it displays very nicely. The best description comes from the photos so please look at them all carefully and if you have any questions just ask.
