Scandinavian Enamel Silver Feather Brooch

Here we have a delightful Scandinavian enamel and silver brooch of leaf form and finished in a fantastic autumnal brown. It is unmarked, apart from the Sterling Silver stamp, however it has clearly made by a skilled artisan that has spent a considerable amount of time observing colour, shape and profile prior to committing it to silver. Because of the limited clues the piece offers, there is very little to enable us to accurately attribute it to a specific maker or indeed a workshop. That said, the quality is outstanding and will be very attractive to many of our enamel collectors or autumn and winter wearers.
