Scottish Celtic Style Sterling Silver & Amethyst Brooch, Vintage

Scottish Celtic style sterling silver plaid brooch with a central cabochon cut opaque lavender colour with white amethyst quartz. The brooch is in the form of the upper part of a Celtic Cross, quite delicate, with a outer rim decorated with a continuous Celtic Knot pattern Assayed and hallmarked in Edinburgh in 1966 and made by Robert Allison. As I said, quite delicate and light, suitable for most of the lighter fabrics, more for a lady than for a gentleman, I would think. All is good.
