This is an early 20th century Securem leather tent pole strap with brass hooks; an ingenious and useful military accessory but also for leisure tents. The adjustable strap with corrugated rubber lining to grip the tent pole; eight small hooks with one large removable hook to hang a lantern. A useful piece of equipment to any traveller.
