Set of 6 Oak Arts and Crafts Dining Chairs New Leather Seats c.1910

A good set of 6 dining chairs with the benefit of 2 of the set being “carvers”. The seats have been professionally fully upholstered and finished in a high quality deep green leather which will age up a treat and work well with the English oak. The frames are Arts & Crafts in design with a slender finely carved motif to the high backs. Condition wise they are good with some mellow ageing, a well accomplished historic repair to one chair - not a concern and of course the seats are firm and newly upholstered. Our base is a large Victorian 2 storey red brick barn on a wonderful traditionally run country estate in Staffordshire.
