An elegant set of six Edwardian period ornately carved mahogany dining chairs in the Chippendale style.
C1900, made by the quality cabinet makers Phillips & Jones of Wolverhampton. An advert from the Wolverhampton Red Book Directory, dating from 1897 describes them as-
" Cabinet makers, designers and manufacturers of high class furniture" Located in "Queen Square"
Super quality chairs, with a good rich colour to the solid mahogany, retaining the original finish.
In excellent condition. Solid, sturdy and strong frames. With minor expected signs of age and use.

Height-100cm. Seat Height Approx-cm.
Width- including widest part of the cabriole leg-61cm.
Depth of seat-49cm.
Four Chairs-
Height-96.5cm
Width- including widest part of the cabriole leg-58cm.
