-Welcome to Mersham Manor Antiques- An elegant set of six Edwardian period ornately carved mahogany dining chairs in the Chippendale style. C1900, made by the quality cabinet makers Phillips & Jones of Wolverhampton. An advert from the Wolverhampton Red Book Directory, dating from 1897 describes them as- " Cabinet makers, designers and manufacturers of high class furniture" Located in "Queen Square" Super quality chairs, with a good rich colour to the solid mahogany, retaining the original finish.
