This is an exceptional, fine and impressive set of three antique George V English sterling silver trays - boxed; an addition to our range of collectable dining silverware
These exceptional antique George V sterling silver trays have been crafted in three sizes, each with a rectangular form with incurved corners.
The surface of each tray is ornamented with exceptional engine turned decoration, accented with two horizontal pales.
The raised borders are embellished with applied decoration to the incurved shaped rims.
The underside of each impressive example of presentation silverware bears the retailer's mark 'Walker & Hall, Sheffield', in addition to the registration number.
This exceptional suite of trays is fitted to the original presentation box, with a satin lined interior, securing with two hinged catches.
By virtue of their size, these versatile trays could be used for a multitude of functions.

These antique sterling silver trays are an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in excellent condition. Each piece has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition. The original box is also in presentation condition. The engine turned decoration is all very sharp. Full hallmarks struck to the surface of each tray are all very clear.
