Shark Vertebrae “swagger” Stick
REF: R/0321/FT / LA361530
A decorative example of an early 1900’s “Swagger” stick. The main body is Shark’s vertebrae on a metal shaft. Horn spacers. The “pommel” end is of a natural material. The other end has a silver ferrule, which is probably not original....but works! Some wear and old repairs as to be expected. Additional photographs and information are available on request. FaceTime facility is available. Please be aware that the item is old and antique and study any photographs to satisfy yourself as to its condition as much as possible. While we make all efforts to provide something that is fit for the use intended there may be various condition issues that are commensurate with age and considered part of its history, and are very subjective. However, you have legal rights and Consumer Contract Regulations (2014) still apply for “Distance Selling “ if this is not a “face-to-face” purchase.
Deviantik has clarified that the Shark Vertebrae “swagger” Stick (LA361530) is genuinely of the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being 1910
