Shield Fob 1940s Vintage Large Silver Chrome Pocket Watch Chain Ornate Fob Nos

Vintage Gentleman's large silver chrome highly ornate pocket watch chain shield fob. C~1940s (new old stock). Similar to the fobs I have supplied to Pinewood Studios. (Please excuse the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was very difficult to photograph). Measures; 4cm height (including the top ring), 3.1cm width and weighs a heavy 10.2 grams. Very ornate circular shaped silver chrome mount which is decorated to the front with an elaborate acanthus leaf adornment, holding a large, slightly raised un-engraved shield shaped cartouche to centre which is set upon an attractive engine turned background. The back is smooth, highly polished and again free from any inscriptions or initials. Original large top ring to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain. Excellent clean and bright new old stock condition with no wear and just some extremely light (micro) overall little storage scratches (mainly to back) commensurate with age.
