Description
This is an early 1960s barograph serial number A4567, developed by Short & Mason in the mid-1950s. It has a minimalistic quality with a single large pressure diaphragm concealed below the base. The black finish to the cast aluminium base and the chrome movement creates an art deco style. The lid is in clear perspex. There is a metal guide to weather predictions set at the back.
