Small Dark Green Antique Chest of Drawers with Cup Handles

This is a useful little chest of drawers that dates to the early 1900s. The chest is made of solid satinwood and is heavy and solid, it is quite compact so will suit a home with limited space. The chest has five drawers, two small over three wide, all finished with later aged metal cup handles. The top left hand drawer is lockable and the key is present. The chest has an overhanging top and the base has a deep plinth. I have hand painted the exterior in a dark industrial green looking eggshell paint similar in colour to Farrow and Balls 'Duck Green'. The paintwork has been distressed before being colour glazed to add depth and character to the finish. Measurements Height-80cm Width-80.5cm Depth-41.5cm
