Small Oak Westminster Chime Longcase Clock, England C.1910
A small, very well proportioned oak longcase clock in the late 17th Century style, made around the beginning of the 20th Century. It has a solid oak case with a flat top hood, fret sides, a long door and a shaped plinth. It has an unusual fully silvered dial with matching spandrels. The 8 day movement sounds Westminster (Big Ben) chimes on the 1/4's and hours on four chime bars.
