Small Oak Westminster Chime Longcase Clock, England C.1920
A small (just over 6 feet high) late 17th Century style longcase clock made about in the George V period. It has a square hood, a long glazed door and turned bun feet. The brass dial has a silvered chapter ring, cherub spandrels. It has a weight driven Westminster chime movement, that sounds the 1/4's and hours on chime bars. The chimes and or strike can be silenced. It has three brass weights and a brass bob pendulum.
