Smart silver mounted hip spirit flask, London 1917. Twist top with some engine turned decoration, the hinge is crisp, the cork is good. Facet cut bottle, the cup fits snugly and has its original gilt interior, just as it should be. Clearly hallmarked for London 1917 by the renowned silversmiths Goldsmiths and Silversmiths Company Limited, Regent Street. 5 inches (12.5cm) tall. All my photos are taken using natural light only.
