Description
We have a rather fabulous looking Art Deco 2 drawer English oak bureau in fine order with some notable Deco features including: rare original Bakelite deco shaped handles to the drawers, 1930s inspired angled legs, moulding to the drop down front and legs, altogether a seldom seen 30s design.
It sits in good order after a light session in our workshop. We have a working lock and key present. The tone on the solid oak is pleasing with the piece sitting firm and heavy for its size. We have ensured the piece is ready to place and enjoy. Expect sensible day to day historic wear.
A super piece of Art Deco furniture of sensible, placeable proportions.
