Stunning Antique French, PH Mourey Ormolu Mantel Clock, Japy Freres Movement - Fully Serviced

Stunning looking antique Ph Mourey ormolu mantel clock on a blue base with a Japy Freres movement. This is a 30 day clock, very unusual as thay are normally 8 day P.H. Mourey 1840 - 1910 was a master French sculptor. He was best known for his association with Japy Freres. This clock chimes the hour and half hour. Its a stunning looking clock. It has had a small repair to one of the leaves at the rear but its hard to see unless you go looking for it. The base has been re-felted as the original was in very bad conditon. The movement has been completely stripped down and each part has been cleaned and inspected before rebuilding.The movement is in excellent condition. The movement has been tested for 28 days to ensure it works correctly. It’s a great clock which keeps good time. It is in excellent condition. Collection is defintely prefered.
