Description
A fine vintage silver powder compact with a stunning sky blue guilloche enamel with a sunburst design radiating from a central boss of ornate scrolled acanthus leaves. Fitted with a mirror to the inside and a new powder puff, ready for use. Hallmarked for 1947, maker Joseph Gloster Ltd.

In excellent condition: the enamel is perfect as is the mirror and very minor handling wear otherwise. Lovely and clean inside and It closes with a perfect snap. An excellent example.
