Description
Splendid pair of French mahogany side cabinets of the finest quality. Exceptionally well made by the renowned Parisian cabinet maker Rinck. Constructed in a high grade of dense mahogany timber and fitted with white marble tops. Each has a pair of cabinet doors (lockable, key supplied) which open to reveal shelved interiors, each with 3 adjustable shelves. The cabinet doors are flanked by Corinthian columns topped with brass capitols. The cabinets are decorated throughout with finely detailed brass mounts and banding. We have had them sympathetically repolished in our workshops to a very high standard. They now have a wonderful rich colour and patina. This is a unique opportunity to acquire a rare pair of cabinets of the finest quality.
Rinck were established in 1841 and are still producing furniture of the highest quality to the present day from their premises in Paris.
