Description
Beautiful Susie Cooper vegetable tureen in the Dresden Spray floral pattern with green band, a 1930s design made in the Crown Works Burslem factory. The reverse of the bowl features the Susie Copper leaping deer stamp and pattern number 1017.
This design has a deliberate quirky feature in that the lid can be used as a dish that stands on its own when laid upside down.
Good overall condition commensurate with age and type of glaze used, displays the typical minor surface blemishes, rubbing to borders and expected level of crazing however, no chips, no cracks and no repairs, please check detailed photos provided as they form part of item's description.
