The Antique Edwardian Old European & Brilliant Diamond Trio Ring

Three diamonds sit in a trio of claw settings held in twist joining to a gold hallmarked band. The diamonds are a mix of Old European Cut and old brilliant cut totalling approximately 0.41ct. This ring has a worn year marker that looks most like 1912. Fully hallmarked by the Assay Office of Chester for 18ct gold. The old brilliant cut diamond would appear to be a replacement for a previously lost stone. The principal diamond shows a small nibble to the edge, the smaller Oec diamond is one claw deficient. This ring includes an independent jewellery assessment report completed by SafeGuard, part of the AnchorCert Group of the Assay Office of Birmingham.
