Description
The Royal Patriotic Fund Jug. 1855. Fantastic example in amazing condition. There is an example in the London Museum archive donated by Queen Mary in 1930 along with information on why the fund was instigated in 1855. An interesting read. Stands 7½ inches (19cm) tall to the top of the spout. All my photos are taken using natural light only and one of the most interesting pieces I’ve had the fortune to own. Provenance: The Maisels Collection of British Ceramics. Our ref 9612
