Two Georgian silver perfume funnels. These delightful miniatures are in a larger and smaller size. They are of traditional shape and would be used for decanting perfume into bottles for use. The larger example has three bands of reeded decoration and both have folded rims. Charming and rather rare miniature collector's items, with a practical use. Dimensions below.
Hallmarks :- Unmarked (not unusual for small items of early silver). Test as silver.
