Description
A fine porcelain dessert plate produced at the Derby factory around 1805. The well of the plate is decorated with a superb, hand-painted group of summer flowers in bright enamel colours. There are four smaller groups painted on the rim of the plate. The base bears the hand-written crowned crossed batons mark, in red. Also, the unidentified painters tally mark, 20, against the foot rim.
