Victorian 1890s Pocket Watch Chain Chunky Shield Fob Antique Silver Nickel Fob

Victorian Gentleman's large, chunky and highly impressive Antique pocket watch chain bright silver nickel (mirror finish) shield fob. Similar to the fobs I have supplied to Pinewood Studios. Please excuse the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was extremely difficult to photograph). Measures; 4.1cm height (including the top ring/bail), 2.7cm width and weighs a very respectable 7.1 grams. Beautifully decorated to the front and back (same to both sides) with fancy engine turned intertwined scroll and dot work, incorporating an attractive and highly detailed acanthus leaf design to either side. The front carries a slightly raised, un-engraved shield cartouche to centre with the back having a flush un-engraved shield cartouche to centre. Robust secure silver nickel top ring to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain. Excellent clean and bright condition with absolutely no wear or damage and just a few very light and fine surface scratches (showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
