Victorian 9ct Mourning Brooch

This Victorian mourning brooch is crafted from Yellow metal, unmarked but tests for 9ct Gold. The design features a traditional style associated with the Victorian era, which is indicative of the period's mourning jewellery. The brooch is from the Victorian period, reflecting the customs and aesthetics of that time. The front has a intricate design with lots of details, the centre has an oval cut Garnet To the rear has a transparent panel (usually for hair), a traditional horizontal pin & a C-clasp to secure it.
