Starting out as a ‘man with a van’ he quickly gained a good reputation and embarked on a longstanding relationship with Harrods. He was later joined by his wife, Caroline Wallrock. Late 19th Century (c.1880) English Victorian antique carved oak Royal Coat of Arms, the central shield quartered with the three lions England, an Irish harp and a lion rampant surmounted by a crown and supported by the lion and unicorn, with the flowers of the union and motto ‘Dieu et Mon Droit’beneath.
